I was brought to the United States by my mother in 1995 when I was only five years old, along with my older brother. As single mother of two she could only afford what she could. My mother is my biggest inspiration. She's a strong independent woman and that's why it's important for me to show her what I'm doing and say...Look, Mom, look what I'm doing. Thank you for bringing me here. Thanks to your sacrifices little Yolie is living her dream job."

My Story

I discovered my love for photography back in my high school junior year, I got my first job at the age of 15 and finally purchase my own camera. After that photography has always been a part of my life and loved taking photos. How cool is to create art of  lifetime memory for others. I don't have many photos of myself when I was young, which is why photography is so important to me. It helps me create memories for myself and others. 

When I decided to start my own photography business five years ago, I had no guidance or manual book that taught me how to start. My creative mind was enough for me to pursue my dream to become a professional photographer. As  a first-generation entrepreneur the thought of starting a business from scratch felt impossible. It wasn't easy  but with  dedication, hard work and persistence anything is possible.

 If you have a dream hold on to it and work hard to turn it into a reality. I hope to inspire others, and remind you that it's ok to have doubts and  feel fear to start from zero. I've been there too! I want to show my kids, my community, my clients, and other aspiring photographers that anything is possible.

I have met and worked with over 200 clients in the past five and half years. I feel greatful for the community that has follow my journey since day one and for the friendships that I built with some of my clients . Connection creates magic!

Creating a connection with my clients is important to me, as I'm not just a photographer, but also a friend. I care about making sure that my clients are excited and happy. I understand how important it is to take photos of their child's first birthday, engagement, or graduation. I have seen children grow through my lenses year after year. These are precious memories that will last a lifetime.

Authenticity matters

Everyone is welcome! Couples, families, parents-to-be, graduates, and simply anyone that's looking for a photographer to capture their intimate special moments.

My ultimate goal is to give my clients a great experience to the best of my ability. I want to make sure my clients feel comfortable and beautiful in front of me and my camera. My clients come back for my services and refer me to others because I give them a quality experience from answering all their questions before setting up an appointment, to delivering high-quality images of their photo shoot.

When I'm not behind a camera, I find joy in the little things, like family time, a coffee date with my friends or a good peaceful hike. But I find my self feeling the happiest and I'm in my element when taking photos for others and seeing their joy. When people appreciate my work and feel inspired by me, it keeps me going.

My wellness journey

I want to inspire others to make better choices and finding one hour to work on themselves, whether it's reading a book, going for a walk, watching an episode of Netflix, or finding love in fitness.

I also believe in self-care and finding time for oneself. I'm a wellness enthusiast and as I continue my wellness journey, 

I started my photography business a few months after my daughter was born so I decided to name Audrey's photography after my only daughter Audrey Rose.

Meet my children, Miguel, Daniel, Audrey and Andrew. My kids keep me young, motivated and taught me how to balance life. Their unconditional love is a reminder of why life is beautiful and how lucky I am to be their mother. My hope is to be a good role model to my children, and remind them that together we are unstoppable!
